MEET
Jessica T. Frazier, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Aurora therapist with a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and more than 10 years of clinical practice. dedicated to supporting survivors who are navigating acute and complex trauma, PTSD, domestic/interpersonal violence, or sexual assault.
I believe in a collaborative, holistic, and client-centered approach using trauma-informed interventions and evidence-based care.
My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where together we’ll journey through traumatic or difficult experiences and identify unique abilities and tools to help you heal and grow.
I believe that you have the capacity to lead the way in your own process. I am here to serve as a guide and navigator along the journey as you:
- Process and heal from traumatic experiences with trauma focused therapy
- Discover techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression with Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic approaches
- Explore unconscious patterns and past experiences to understand current feelings and behaviors.
- Understand and improve close relationships and family systems
- Create practical change utilizing your own personal strengths and through Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
- Leverage existing personal traits to promote resilience and growth with Strength-Based approaches
- Customized treatment using multiple therapeutic approaches.
- Navigate how power dynamics, culture, and identities impact experiences with feminist, multicultural, and culturally sensitive therapy
